Custom-made items, tailored to your specific measurements, are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are crafted exclusively for you.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@Wildwestco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has passed inspection, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Exchanges are not available due to the custom nature of our products.
